Henan Zhongyuan Heavy Forging Co., Ltd. is a production and trade enterprise integrating the forging, machining and heat treatment of machinery in China.
Our company is equipped with a large batch of heavy machining equipment, such as 2500T and 800T free-forging draulic presses, 2T electric hydraulic hammers, table model well type quenching & tempering furnaces, continuous intermediate frequency quenching production lines, C61160X16m lathes, CW6180CX18m lathes, CQ 61100 lathes, T1-15 deep hole drilling and boring machines and M1380 grinding machines.
We can produce various types of forged pieces below 25 tons with diameter 1500mm, heat treat work pieces with single weight of 15 tons and length of no less than 10m, and machine various work pieces with the length of no less than 18m, diameter of 1.2m, max. jacking diameter of 0.5m, max. depth of 0.5m and depth of drilling and boring hole of 9.5m.
Our company forges rough casts of step shafts and round bars, such as cold rollers, motor shafts, corrugated rollers and pipe dies of mould-die drill collars, stabilizers, elevator plugs and joints used in oil drilling various types of ring cake modules. We can undertake the deep processing of finished rollers, motor shafts, table rollers, leveling rollers, connecting shafts, pipe casting dies, corrugated rollers, drill collars and stabilizers.Our products have met international standard of BQC and have established the quality controlling system of ISO9001.
